Dutch cheese in the Hall 22

Excellent Dutch cheese Gouda in Prague’s Market!
Every Saturday, in the hall 22, you can buy great Gouda made in the Dutch province Noord-Holland.The milk used in its production comes from cows freely grazing on the green meadows of this province.
Gouda is possibly the most famous Dutch export cheese. The taste of the cheese grows sharper as it ages on wooden planks. The young cheese has creamy texture, while the older Gouda, matured for about 10 months, has a characteristic underlying bitterness, and is slightly brittle.
The cheese is being sold here by the company Dutch boy- ‚Holandsky kluk‘. You can find their stall in the Hall 22 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
